negative. When I heard that I was very surprised.
We need positive energy and we need to change those
statistics. I believe the grateful bracelets

Mayo Clinic Aspirin Dr. Virend Somers, is a Cardiologist from the Mayo

Most heart attacks
occur in the day, generally between 6 A.M. and noon. Having one during the
night, when the heart should be most at rest, means that something unusual

December 30, 2010 - the show 'The Doctors' had a remedy for
Make a smoothie drink with purple grapes (with seeds), lemon, honey and cayenne
pepper. It sparked my interest because at the time I had a cold with a
cough. So I tried it and it really worked. They never did say how much of
anything so I guessed at it. I put in a batch of grapes, 2 tablespoons of
honey, I peeled a lemon and put a slice and then about 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne
pepper, blend really well with a blender or smoothie maker-it makes about 3 to 4
oz. I did not not cough for hours. I had my special cocktail 3-4
times a day.
I had heard that drinking
pickle juice after a hard workout is better
than having a sports drink. I have not tried that it. What works for me,
especially after a good workout, is drinking a 1/2 glass of chocolate milk (2%)
- it gives you protein and sugars that your body needs to rebuild the muscles.
I read this in the SELF magazine, really, I don't make this stuff up.
If you need to be dairy free almond chocolate milk works as well, this is what I
now use since I need to be dairy free. My insides was having some quirks
that I had checked out and doctors were trying to label me with all sorts of
things. So before I did anything because I thought it was something I was
consuming I had a blood test done, pretty extensive too, and dairy was my
highest and yeast being my second and then some little ones. It has been
almost a year now and I feel better than before. I am eating pretty much
anything I want too; however, did have to find somehting else to use other than
dairy and there are a lot of options out there. Have not totally put yeast
back in my diet yet and have accepted the fact that dairy is out for me.
My smoothies are great and better than a dairy milk shake that I use to have.
